"It works fine overall and was easy..."
It works fine overall and was easy enough to use, but am I the only one who got a little confused by the menus sometimes? Not a dealbreaker, just felt a bit clunky here and there.

"Pretty mediocre sessions"
The therapist wasn’t bad or anything, but the sessions were just kind of a dud. They seemed competent enough, just not especially helpful or impressive for me.

"Therapist profiles were a little too bare-bones"
I used MyWellbeing while trying to find a therapist, the profiles left me wanting a bit more. A lot of them had the basics and maybe a short bio, but not much that helped me get a real sense of the person’s approach or what talking with them might actually feel like.
Some of the descriptions also felt generic, like they could’ve been copied onto almost anyone’s profile. I did end up finding a few therapists worth considering, so it wasn’t a total miss, but I kind of had to accept that I’d need to reach out with less information than I would’ve liked.
"Why was the billing so confusing?"
The billing was way more confusing than it needed to be. I thought I understood what I was paying for, but then extra costs and charges only became obvious later. Like, why does it feel like I have to go on a little treasure hunt just to figure out what I’m being charged? I had to dig around for answers, and that’s just frustrating. Not really what I expected.

"Scheduling Took Longer Than Expected"
I had a hard time getting an appointment booked correctly. I was expecting a faster response and a smoother scheduling process, but it ended up being frustrating.

"Decent site, but the privacy info could be clearer"
The site was fine overall, but I wasn’t totally sure what happens with my personal info or how it gets shared. The privacy details are there, but they’re kind of hard to get through. I’d feel a lot more comfortable if it was explained in plain language and a bit more upfront

"The follow-up didn’t really live up to what they implied"
I signed up for mywellbeing.com thinking there would be a little more support once I got started. They make it sound like you’ll be guided through the process, but it felt more like a vague promise than something that actually happened.
The first match was okay, so I was hopeful at first. But after that, the check-ins were all over the place. Sometimes I’d hear from someone, then other times it would go quiet for a while, and I ended up having to follow up myself more than I expected.
It’s not a terrible service, and I did get connected with someone, but I didn’t really feel looked after after the initial step. For something as personal as therapy, I think the follow-through matters, and this just felt a bit too loose and unclear
"Rescheduling was a bit frustrating"
I had to cancel my original appointment, and getting it rescheduled took longer than I expected. It did all work out in the end, but the process wasn’t as smooth as I hoped. I was relieved once everything was finally sorted, but it left me feeling a little stressed.

"Wish I hadn’t trusted the process"
The intake form was frustrating. It asked way too many questions, and a bunch of them felt like the same thing worded differently. I kept thinking, “Why did I trust this to be simple?” and felt kind of stupid for sticking with it as long as I did. I almost quit before I even finished.
"My therapist match just didn’t feel right"
I really wanted this to work and was kind of hopeful at first, but the therapist matches I got just didn’t feel like a good fit for me. It was disappointing because I was trying to be open-minded, but after looking through them, I mostly felt frustrated and a little let down

"Just couldn’t fit it into my budget"
I really wanted this to work out, but the price was just too much for me. Maybe it’s just because I’ve got other bills piling up right now, but keeping up with the payments felt stressful. I ended up having to look somewhere else since I just couldn’t justify the cost for what I needed.

"Made a simple thing feel harder than it should"
I was just looking for some help and figured it would be straightforward, but the site didn’t really give me much confidence right away.
A lot of the info felt vague, and I couldn’t really tell who I was dealing with or what was supposed to happen next. It made a simple thing feel way more complicated than it needed to be.
Maybe other people are fine with it, but I didn’t feel comfortable moving forward. It just didn’t come across as trustworthy enough for me to use.

"Just didn’t feel worth it"
I felt like it was overpriced for what you get. I was expecting a bit more value, but after trying it, you kind of realize it doesn’t really justify the cost.

"Couldn’t find the specialist I needed"
I got frustrated trying to find the right specialist because there just weren’t enough specialty options listed. I didn’t want to waste time digging around or guessing which category to choose.

"Support was slower than expected"
I tried reaching out to support, but it took way too long to get a response. When they finally got back to me, the help wasn’t really that useful either. I appreciate that they responded, but overall it was a frustrating experience.

"Really good therapist match"
I tried MyWellbeing because, i was kind of done guessing who might actually understand me. The match they sent over felt really on point, and not just in a basic availability kind of way. It felt like they picked up on personality too.
My therapist has been really easy to talk to, and I didn’t feel awkward in that first session, which was a relief. It just felt like a good fit quickly, and yeah, that makes a big difference.

"My provider was on time and definitely professional..."
My provider was on time and definitely professional, which I appreciated. I still remember sitting there during the first session hoping I’d feel that sense of warmth or relief, but it stayed a little more formal than I expected. Nothing was wrong exactly, and they handled everything respectfully, but I never really felt that personal connection I was looking for. It might be a great fit for someone else, just wasn’t quite the comfort level I hoped for.

"I liked that mywellbeing.com didn’t just..."
I liked that mywellbeing.com didn’t just throw a bunch of random therapist names at me. The recommendations actually felt close to what I needed, especially around my budget and the things I wanted support with. I still had to click around and compare a few options, and I’m guessing most people will want to do that too, but it definitely saved time. It’s not perfect, but for anyone who feels overwhelmed trying to search on their own, this is a much easier place to start
"I liked the idea behind the site, but..."
I liked the idea behind the site, but the slow replies really tested my patience. I kept waiting to hear back and it took longer than I expected, which made the whole experience frustrating.

"Dealing with the insurance was... frustrating"
The insurance part was kind of a mess. They barely accepted my insurance, and the payment options felt really limited... it just made the whole experience more stressful than it needed to be
